Blessed are we because we suffer for our Lord

Let us not lose heart because Christ will come, but not only will He come but He has something reserved for all His children, let us resist the Lord, ask for strength from Him, let us not look at the things that the enemy offers us so that we may come out of God’s purpose, and if anyone thinks who is fainting, ask God for strength to continue standing.

We are more than blessed because we wait on Him, implying that we obey the Father and that we know that for Him to set us free, He suffered on Calvary’s cross, was crucified and mistreated for love so that one day we will reign with Him forever of the centuries. Let’s resist a little more.

Let us remember that we are not alone. The Lord made something very clear, it was that someone would accompany us in our difficult moments, when we have need, when we will have to hold on well to release ourselves from the eternal rock. Let us not fear because His Holy Spirit is with us every day until the end day. So we are blessed.

From His Word we know that many have suffered for the cause of Christ. The disciples are a clear example of people who were mistreated to death for the cause of Christ. There are many other examples. These men carried the gospel of salvation just as Christ had commanded, but do you want to know the most important thing of all? The Lord was always with them until the moment of His death.

The following Bible verse gives us encouragement for the worst situations we can imagine:

For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.

Romans 14:8

Let us seek God day after day no matter what this costs our lives, because, as we have just read in the previous verse, whether we live, it is for Him that we live, and if we die, for Him we die, whatever happens, we are from the Lord.
