Bear each other’s burdens
The Bible emphasizes the importance of loving our brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as loving our neighbor as ourselves. This is not something negotiable; it is something we should practice in our daily lives, as it demonstrates that we are truly saved people and not merely pretending to be better than others.
The first thing we should understand is that Christ bore us, even though we deserved hell. He did not look at our many defects, but rather gazed upon us with tenderness to save us. In the same way, we must manifest that love for our neighbor.
There are believers who do not help their brothers and sisters when they see them fall, but instead begin to judge them and treat them with indifference. This should not be our attitude, for if the righteous fall, God raises them. Who are we to judge those whom God raises with love? Of course, we are speaking of people who recognize their mistakes and humble themselves before God.
