If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat

As human beings and God’s creation, we sometimes become ignorant, as there are difficult times along the way, not only for the children of God, but for the whole world.

Today we can see people who live on the streets, others who had everything and by some mistake lost everything. But this does not end here, and we cannot judge people who have gone through this type of process because you could also fall into the same error.

When you see a person going through such difficulty or someone who lives on the street, do not ignore it, if you can help him, feed him, do not look at his mistake. God is in heaven and He looks at your intention, He will reward you. The Bible says in Proverbs 19:17 that he who gives to the poor lends God.

If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:

Proverbs 25:21

Do good without looking at who, no matter if he is your enemy, just act on good, do as the word says. Are they hungry? Feed them. Are they thirsty? Give them a drink, forget that this person hates you, because with these facts you are having mercy on your neighbor while still being your enemy.

Many people do not do it out of fear, others because they believe they are doing well by ignoring or judging these people who have difficulty and who live on the streets, others simply like to do good to earn praise for others, we also have to those who lack humility, and these people God looks at them from afar.

For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord shall reward thee.

Proverbs 25:22

That is why it is good not to look at what you will give, just do good and God will give you your reward. God will also help you in your difficulty or trial, not because of the favor you did, but because you did not judge that person, but you had mercy. God is faithful and will give you the strength so you can move on.

Yes. If you see a person in the streets who needs you, do not forget him, or turn your face. Make the good.
